I believe that at 220 each, Sharonna's pita breads are more caloric than typical pitas. I don't know if that's the result of being larger (thicker), of containing sugar and/or more fat, or both, but boy are they worth the "sacrifice!" I bought them at an Indian grocery, but now I plan to head straight to the source the next time I'm in the vicinity, assuming Sharonna's has a storefront (hard to tell from Google Maps/Street View).
I have tried their challah before which is delicious but recently I had the serendipitous pleasure of trying their pita! OMG!!! It was the fluffiest, softest and most delicious pita I have ever tasted! Sharonna, they WERE magical!!! 💖😋😍 …
